There is no better method of improving search engine ratings, than with the use of great keyword articles. This is something that all good web site owners know, and strive for. This is said to be the best way to optimize you pages of your site. Content that is focused on keywords generates a great amount of traffic to your site. Why this fact goes so completely unnoticed by site owners is still a mystery. One would figure people would understand that traffic is not solely reserved for the front and primary page of your site. Your site can be accessed from many pages on your site, provided you have many. If you only have one page, obviously this whole topic is moot.

If you have a site that is related to music, and you are speaking about perhaps 3 different articles the best way to generate more traffic to your site is to place keywords for all three articles. This in turn will make the likelihood of a sale more probable. The biggest problem with no cost, or free content is that it is generally not set up for keyword rich content. The general premise of free articles is basically author’s self-promotion. This is a basic service and along with it unfortunately there are still rules to follow. For example, you cannot in any way change the article content, as you did not pay for it, you cannot remove or alter the bio box for the author again as you did not pay for the article. So in terms of this you may have an article picked up from one of these sites and find that it is good, however not great or just what you were looking for. Either way it cannot be adjusted.

It is also important to remember, that if you have picked up this particular article from one of those sites, so too could have 200 other people. This will do nothing in the way of staying on top of your competition in the field. The possibility of a web site having duplicate content as someone else leads to the search engine penalizing the site found to have the copy. Is it really worth it to you to get caught? There are many sites that have a membership base, where the content is keyword rich and the articles are great however; you are not the only one promoting the article. There could be as much as 1,500-2,000 members doing the very same thing, how are you separating yourself from the crowd.

It is important to remember either way, the objective is to gain valuable information or content for your site, this is not a situation where you are to share with your neighbor, as they are your direct competition. In doing this you are providing them the tools to put you out of business.

One of the hardest parts of running an online businesse store is the ability to find a partner that is willing to not only supply you with the product but ship it to the customer as well. Drop shipping has made its way on to the scene and in perfect timing. This is a great way to ensure that you have the product to sell, once you have the client to sell it too. This is where you do nothing other than advocate the product, set the chain in motion and reap the benefits of the sale.

There is no handling product, no shipping the product and no loss of profits for storage facilities or shipping costs. This may sound like a dream come true, or even too good to be true, but the fact remains that it is true. Anyone can get into the drop shipping action if they really want to. Let’s say for sake of argument, that you are selling digital cameras, knowing that it is not really an option for you to have 200 of each model in a brand name in your home taking up valuable space this could easily become a problem. What happens if you make the purchase, and by the time you are ready to sell these items online, the new models have come out, making it very hard to sell what you have? You in turn will be loosing the money, not the distributor.

Or you can do it this way, by signing up for a drop shipper, for the cameras. The supplier will give you an entire list of all the products that they can supply you with, you set the promotion online by advertising the product. Once you have found a customer willing to buy, you will send the details to the distributor. If you have the item listed at say 200 dollars, you then go to the distributor, give them the information, and buy it for 150.00 and the sale is then out of your hands and you have just made 50 dollars for virtually nothing.

The drop shipper will then send the product to the customer, usually by ground shipping and will include your company information as well as their own. Now if you can do this nine more times, and without breaking you’re back as you can see you have just netted 500 dollars profit. It is easy to see at this point why drip-shipping business is one of the easiest methods of making money online today. You set the price that the customer pays, and the drop shipper sets the wholesale price that you pay, it is that simple. Either way you come out with profit. Before you can have a successful home based business, you must first possess 3 "intangibles." These are things that must come from WITHIN you.

 ===> Intangible 1 <===

First,you must have a strong WHY.

Why MUST you have a successful home business? What is driving you? What is it that you CAN'T have in your life anymore and/or what is it that you absolutely MUST HAVE now?

For me, I couldn't stand working 12+ hours a day anymore and missing the experience of my children growing up. I also absolutely HAD TO HAVE the freedom of being able to control my life and finances through a little box (laptop computer) that I could carry with me anywhere in the world and not be tied to anyone's time pressures or demands but my own. That was my carrot and my stick. I felt a great pain deep in my gut of missing out on my children's lives and the incredible freedom that succeeding in a home based business would provide for me. I found my why. You MUST find yours.

You must BELIEVE that it is possible.

If you don't believe that it's POSSIBLE for you to have a successful home based business or make your living from home, you won't. It's that simple.

For me, figuring out that it was possible was just a matter of realizing that many other people were ALREADY making great money working from home. If they could do it, I could too. It would just be a matter of figuring out what those people were doing and then adapting it to my situation.

There is no shortage of undeniable PROOF that people (millions of them) are making money working from home. Just get online and do some research and you'll find countless testimonials and stories of REAL PEOPLE making real money on the Internet. That's backwards for most people who like to aim before they fire. The fact is that home based business success is a moving target... The only thing constant about it is change. You need to stop analyzing the game and simply jump into it. You can't learn from the outside... You have to be *IN THE RING* to truly understand and profit from it. In fact, this is a business where you can truly be earning WHILE you're still learning...

The lesson here is that you will never really be READY to start a home based business. You simply have to start one. It's like having children... You're never really ready, but when it happens you adapt and grow and therefore you succeed. This is what I call: "Making the Leap"!

In the "brick and mortar" world you need to evaluate things very carefully before you decide to open up a business. It's almost always necessary to invest thousands of dollars to get an offline business off the ground. However, on the Internet you can often start a successful business for less than $100.
